Leadership & Team
MEG Law was founded by attorneys who have sat at the table with the same insurance companies they now hold accountable. That experience, combined with a full team of legal professionals, is what makes this firm different.
The Firm
MEG Law is not a solo practice. Behind every dispute is a coordinated team of legal professionals, each focused on a specific part of the arbitration process: documentation review, clinical analysis, legal briefing, and hearing preparation.
That team capacity is what allows us to handle high-volume portfolios and complex multi-claim disputes at the same standard we apply to every individual case. Scale without compromise.
Founding Attorneys
Reid spent years as a complex commercial litigation associate at an AM Law 100 firm working alongside the same insurance companies he now holds accountable. He understands how insurers build their legal positions, what arguments they rely on, and exactly where those arguments fall apart.
A federal law clerk, UT Law graduate, and member of a medical family, Reid combines legal precision with genuine clinical fluency. Since launching MEG Law, he has handled millions of dollars in disputed claims across Texas.
Manuel Green is the founder of MEG Law and has spent nearly two decades practicing law at the intersection of healthcare, reimbursement, and complex dispute resolution. His career has been driven by a simple principle: healthcare providers deserve to be paid fairly for the care they deliver.
Following the enactment of the No Surprises Act, Manuel recognized that many providers lacked the resources, data, and legal expertise necessary to effectively challenge underpaid out-of-network claims. In response, he built MEG Law's IDR platform to help physicians, surgery centers, hospitals, and healthcare organizations navigate the federal Independent Dispute Resolution process and maximize reimbursement.
What distinguishes Manuel is his firsthand understanding of the healthcare reimbursement system. Beyond his legal practice, he founded and built one of Texas's largest healthcare support platforms, giving him unique insight into provider operations, payer strategies, revenue cycle management, and reimbursement trends. That operational experience allows him to approach IDR disputes not simply as a lawyer, but as an advocate who understands the real-world financial impact of insurer underpayments.
Our Team
The founding attorneys don't work alone. MEG Law's results are built on a full team of legal professionals, each contributing to the preparation, analysis, and execution that every case demands.
